Ecology of Triodon macropterus

Main Ref. Johnson, G.D. and R. Britz, 2005
Remarks The 2.0 cm SL specimen was collected by a beam trawl at a depth of 245-440m by beam trawl at Wallis and Futuna, French territory. The stomach contained numerous fragments and particles of the skeletons of pelagic foraminifera, spines of echinoids, spicules of sponges, and the exoskeleton of a crustacean (most likely a mysid) (Ref. 54815).
