Dorsal spines (total): 6-6; Dorsal soft rays (total): 12-13; Anal soft rays: 17-17; Vertebrae: 34-34. A series of dark blotches arrayed along the lateral midline. Low vertebral count 34 including the terminal, hypural-bearing half centrum. Gut extremely short, only about 1/3 of body length (Ref. 39866). |
