Environment:  bathydemersal; marine; depth range 2838 - 3020 m
Distribution:  Western Central Atlantic: Mid-Atlantic Rise (Broken Spur). Southeast Pacific Rise. High Seas only.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Probably feeds on small crustaceans, such as amphipods that are locally very abundant, as well as on small molluscs (Ref. 93943).

Threat to humans:  harmless
