Max. size:  4.5 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  South America: Orinoco River basin.
Diagnosis:  Distinguished from congeners from the Orinoco and Lake Maracaibo basins by having 2-3 scales from lateral line to and anal-fin base (Ref. 86277).
Biology:
