Atlantic Ocean: one specimen at 17°22'N, 22°58'W and another at 21°35'S, 2°0'W; 35°S-48°S in the South Atlantic; mainly north of the Gulf Stream edge in the North Atlantic (juveniles south to 32°N) and more generally between 35° and 45°N (up to 66°N as expatriates). Indo-Pacific: 30°S-45°S. Reported from the South China Sea (Ref. 41521,74511). Eastern Pacific: Chile (Ref. 9068). |
