Environment:  benthopelagic; marine
Distribution:  Eastern Central Pacific: Baja California, Mexico and the Gulf of California.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Inhabits coastal waters and bays (Ref. 9118). Feeds on worms, crustaceans and mollusks (Ref. 9118). Common in local markets (Ref. 9118).
