Distribution:  Africa: Kwilu River (Kasai drainage, middle Congo River basin) (Ref. 11970), Zambezi and Okavango (Ref. 120641) in Angola.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 3-3; Dorsal soft rays (total): 10-10; Anal spines: 3-3; Anal soft rays: 7-8
Biology:  Maximum TL was recorded at 3.5 cm (Ref. 7094).
