Shy, rock-dwelling species, living deep inside rock crevices; never seen in the open; spend all of their time hiding (Ref. 6770). Usually found at levels deeper than 20 m (Ref. 46829). Lives in the crevices of the sediment-rich rocky biotope; its enlarged molar-shaped teeth indicate a diet of hard substances (Ref. 7343). |
