Max. size:  38 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; marine
Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: known from the indefinite type locality ('East Indies' = Indonesia) and Dumaguete, Philippines.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 0-0; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 0-0. Dark spots on fins and body, with 7 dusky saddle marks, interspersed with dark and light spots (Ref. 11146).
Biology:  Oviparous (Ref. 50449). Adult size unknown (Ref. 11146). Habitat and biology unknown (Ref. 244).
