Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 17 - 56 m
Distribution:  Eastern Pacific: Mexico to Peru.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 97-105; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 80-87; Vertebrae: 52-56
Biology:  Probably taken as bycatch of trawl fisheries (Ref. 9294).
