marina revassocierade; djupintervall 0 - 16 m (Ref. 27772), usually 0 - 8 m (Ref. 90102). Tropical
Western Pacific: Indo-Australian Archipelago. Closely related to Plesiops cephalotaenia from the Philippines and the Ryukyu Islands to the Solomon Islands (Ref. 37816).
