背棘 (总数) : 0; 背的软条 (总数) : 12; 臀棘: 0; 臀鳍软条: 8. Body slender (body depth 5.9-7.8 times in SL); 6-11 black saddles extending from the middle of the sides across the dorsal mid-line on a whitish-yellowish background; a large roundish black blotch on caudal-fin base (Ref. 27732).
