Spine dorsali (totale) : 0; Raggi dorsali molli (totale) : 12; Spine anali: 0; Raggi anali molli: 8. Body slender (body depth 5.9-7.8 times in SL); 6-11 black saddles extending from the middle of the sides across the dorsal mid-line on a whitish-yellowish background; a large roundish black blotch on caudal-fin base (Ref. 27732).
