Kallrökt kolja
(English) Headed and gutted haddock, split and lightly salted in brine, cold smoked for a few hours; may be sold trimmed, i.e. with inedible parts such as flaps and tail cut off. Pieces of cooked finnan flesh may be canned. (See also: headed fish, gutted fish, Cold-smoked fish)
