GR with additional 3-6 rudiments.

Description: Characterized by pale tan color with irregular, brownish red blotches; diagonal brown bar under eye; upper and lower caudal fin base and base of last dorsal-fin rays with dark brown spot with adjacent white spot; 9-19 coarse serrae at upper margin of preopercle; deeply notched dorsal fin between spinous and soft portions; slightly rounded caudal fin; greatest depth of body 2.6-3.1 in SL (Ref. 90102).
