Description: Characterized by male having yellowish color on upper third of side, lower body pink, magenta band between eyes, magenta band from upper eye to origin of dorsal fin; female mainly yellow or yellow orange color; presence of fleshy protuberance at front of upper lip in male; longest third dorsal spine, not prolonged; lunate caudal fin with short filamentous tips in male (Ref. 90102). |
