体色 双色的, 偶然地锐利地如此; 背面黃褐色的或淡褐色, 腹部灰白與相當沒有顏色, 在頭部的下面上與臀鰭與腹鰭基底的周圍除了輕微的點刻, 與分散的小斑點; 側面與背面以通常小的斑點顯著, 1-1.5 倍眼直徑大或比較小的, 隨著有時較大的斑塊 posteriad; 胸鰭無斑點的, 鰭條可能是暗色的當成魚時; 腹鰭通常不透明, 無斑點的; 脂肪有灰白的末梢部的邊緣, 不一樣地標示當背面; 臀鰭與身體底色相配, 輕輕的有斑點當成魚時, 在稚魚與成魚中具有一個灰白的末梢部的邊緣; 尾鰭中的末梢部的 2/3 暗色的在稚魚與被清澈末梢部的邊緣與灰白的基部新月跳躍的幼魚中; 尾鰭當成魚時與背面與側面底色相配,除了清澈的末梢部的邊緣, 而且是顯著在大的成魚 (大於 40 公分 SL) 中有細的斑點; 尾部的鞍狀斑與橫帶圖案微弱地發展, 甚至當幼魚時; 顏色略深的超過底色而且延伸到到處在-之中深度; 灰白的間隙些微顏色淡超過底色; 尾部的橫帶略微比鞍狀斑顏色更深而且大部份在尾梗 (不尾鰭) 上呈現。 (參考文獻 44050)
