背棘 (總數) : 4 - 6; 背的軟條 (總數) : 33 - 36; 臀鰭軟條: 30 - 34. Uniformly brownish but with darker markings or uniformly black. Prominent acoustico-lateralis channel on the head, absence of connecting orbital branches of the ethmoid, short frontal and narrow parasphenoid (Ref. 11892).
均勻褐色但是有深色斑紋或均勻黑色。 在頭部上的突出的 acoustico-lateralis 的峽道, 缺乏連接中篩骨, 短額骨與狹窄的副蝶骨的眼窩分支。 (參考文獻 11892)
