Etymology: Ceratobranchia: Greek, keras = horn + Greek, brangchia = gills (Ref. 45335).
Eponymy: Mrs Joan Milliken Stroud née Milliken (1922–1985) was a philanthropist and environmentalist. The Stroud Foundation provided some of the funding for the authors’ research. She died of cancer. (Ref. 128868), visit book page.
